Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform precision measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to improve performance and output.
- Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with tolerances and specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Document production data, measurements, and process adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of machining experience (CNC and/or manual machining).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC programming experience (e.g., G-code).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
- Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
- Occasional exposure to a variety of extreme weather conditions.
- Physical demands: Regularly required to talk and hear; very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day; frequently lifts and/or moves items over 50 pounds.

- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Thursday 5am-3:30pm.
Travel
Mandatory travel is minimal to no travel required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
