About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, designing, and bringing new food products to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and trends
• Create and develop new food product concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales
• Prototype and test new products to ensure quality and feasibility
• Prepare product specifications and documentation for production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food product development or related field
• Strong understanding of food science principles and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Experience with product development software and tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food science and nutrition
• Experience with product development methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
