Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facilities equipment

  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery (e.g., conveyors, pumps, compressors)
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Dismantle, move, and reassemble equipment
  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
  • Conduct rigging, lifting, and precision alignment
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Keep detailed maintenance records
  • Assist in the installation and testing of new machinery
  • Train junior staff and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman license preferred
  • 3+ years of mechanical experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work on-call/shifts, overtime, and weekends
  • Physical strength to handle heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of schematics and 'Lock out Tag Out' principles
  • Ability to work 12-hour shift on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule, alternating day/night to night/day every two weeks

The range for this position is $28.50 hourly rate - $42.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
