Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facilities equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery (e.g., conveyors, pumps, compressors)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Dismantle, move, and reassemble equipment
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Conduct rigging, lifting, and precision alignment
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep detailed maintenance records
- Assist in the installation and testing of new machinery
- Train junior staff and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman license preferred
- 3+ years of mechanical experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work on-call/shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Physical strength to handle heavy equipment
- Knowledge of schematics and 'Lock out Tag Out' principles
- Ability to work 12-hour shift on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule, alternating day/night to night/day every two weeks

The range for this position is $28.50 hourly rate - $42.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
