Machinery Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator to lead the execution of high-end residential exterior projects involving landscaping and site development. Responsibilities include: operating heavy excavation and landscape machinery safely, performing precise grading, trenching, and material movement, inspecting and maintaining equipment, collaborating with field crews to ensure project specifications are met, and adapting to variable site conditions while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications and skills: active Massachusetts 2A Hydraulic License, valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate, demonstrated experience with heavy machinery, ability to work independently, strong safety commitment, and experience in residential landscaping or excavation. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience, high school diploma or GED, and expertise in site prep for luxury outdoor environments.
