About the role
We are seeking a Machine Operator to lead the execution of high-end residential exterior projects involving landscaping and site development.
Responsibilities
- Operating heavy excavation and landscape machinery safely
- Performing precise grading, trenching, and material movement
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment
- Collaborating with field crews to ensure project specifications are met
- Adapting to variable site conditions while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications and skills
- Active Massachusetts 2A Hydraulic License
- Valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with heavy machinery
- Ability to work independently
- Strong safety commitment
- Experience in residential landscaping or excavation
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Expertise in site prep for luxury outdoor environments
