This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/13625325 Machine Tender/Parts Loader Job Description Responsible for the loading/unloading parts after completion of first part buy-off of CNC Machines as well as checking parts, using a variety of precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Education High school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities Machine parts to specifications, using CNC machines Measure, examine, or test completed parts to check for defects and ensure conformance to customer using precision instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and faro arms. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition. Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine product conformance Confirm with engineering, supervisory, or inspection personnel to verify technical information. Dispose of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal Keep work area clean and follow 6S requirements Work with the team to meet daily/weekly performance goals The Department of Health and Human Services, Transparency in Coverage Rule, requires health plans to create a member-facing price comparison tool and post publicly available machine-readable files.
