Responsibilities
Machine Technician 1: Responsible for manufacturing quality product by operating/maintaining equipment and processes that provide optimum customer service. Enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Contribute to continuous improvement projects. Assist maintenance in preventative maintenance.
Operate machines efficiently (85% or better), perform changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and conduct inspections. Complete minor repairs and recommend continuous improvement projects.
Adhere to safety requirements, follow housekeeping policies, understand and utilize quality tools, and implement 5S practices.
Qualifications
High School or GED diploma required.
Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at Milwaukee Tool or similar employer.
Tools You’ll Bring
