Machine Shop Helper
Starting Pay: $20-$22/hour
About the Role
Hilton Tool is a Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components. Specializing in close tolerance parts, assemblies, prototyping, production runs, CAD design. We are expanding to a second location in Clackamas, Oregon, and looking to add new members to our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Machinists in the setup and operation of multiple pieces of equipment such as saws, lathes, mills, and various other pieces of manual and CNC equipment.
- Clean, deburr and package parts.
- Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of the shop and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (no moving violations in the past 3 years)
- A positive attitude and show up on time ready to work
- Perform job requirements with limited supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to comply with all company safety guidelines

Schedule
DAY SHIFT: Monday-Thursday 5am - 3:30 pm
Compensation
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
