What You'll Do
- Load, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment such as polishing, sanding, cleaning, coating, and bead blasting.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform inspections to ensure surface finishes and dimensions meet specifications.
- Perform required quality checks consistently, ensuring parts meet standards and helping the team reduce scrap.
- Use hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to leaders.
- Complete daily production logs and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Learn multiple operations and follow work instructions.
- Support team goals and production schedules.
