Machine Operator V Bacon Injector 1st Shift

Location: Clemens Food Group. Shift: 1st (4:30am - 3pm).

About the role

Clemens Food Group is seeking skilled and safety-focused Machine Operators to support efficient, high-quality production operations. This position is responsible for the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and performance of production machinery while meeting product quality, yield, and safety standards.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Bacon Production Control and Skilled Labor. In this role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
