Machine Operator TN-3rd Shift

MACHINE OPERATOR

Includes, but is not limited to:

• Operate CNC Machines, Laser, Brake Press, Saw and Plasma Cutter.
• Perform Quality checks.
• Operate forklift.
• Operate in compliance with Basic Processes and Work Instructions.
• Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certification preferred.
• At least 1 year on the job experience and/or schooling with CNC/Laser Machines.
• Ability to gain knowledge and use of the machine control panels.
• Ability to read and write legibly a must.
• Ability to read and interpret part dimensional prints.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to obtain JOST International Fork Lift Certification.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products.
• Comply with quality, environmental, safety and Jost company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Work is generally performed in a production plant 100% of time.
• While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly stand, walk, reach, bend, twist.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, lift, pull or move objects of 50 pounds or less with or without assistance.
