Machine Operator (Seasoner) - Weekends Overnights

Responsibilities

• Run the flavor floor – operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point
• Lift, load, and flavor – handle partial cases of salt and seasoning like a pro
• Prep and fine-tune – get machines ready for production and adjust flavor levels for that perfect crunch
• Watch the details – monitor quality, consistency, and food safety every step of the way
• Support the crew – give teammates breaks, stay synced with shift leads, and keep communication strong
• Team up with Maintenance – spot issues early and help keep everything running smoothly
• Stay organized – maintain a clean, safe, and ready-to-roll workspace

Requirements

• A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
• Comfort working with stairs, lifting, and fast-paced production
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous seasoning or machine operator experience is a plus; we’ll train you if you lack it—just bring the drive
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb stairs regularly
• Ability to stay alert, organized, and safety-focused in a fast‑paced, warm, occasionally dusty environment

Pay

$19/hr. Includes $17/hr base pay + $2/hr shift differential
