Machine Operator - RDM A Shift (Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM)

Responsibilities

• Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors
• Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Replenish materials and consumables needed for machine operation
• Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production targets
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
• Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay

Starting rate: $23.10 per hour, with opportunity for a higher starting rate based on relevant experience and qualifications. Pay range: $17.28 – $25.91 per hour.

Requirements

• Physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
• Use of fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery
• Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices
• Must be able to respond to visual and auditory machine indicators

Work Environment

• Work performed indoors in a production/manufacturing facility
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and chemical fumes
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, masks, gloves, and steel-toed boots
• Designated as a safety-sensitive role subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
• Compliance with all company safety and operational policies is mandatory
