3D Systems in Littleton is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. This role is crucial in our innovative company, shaping the future of healthcare by ensuring advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process.
Schedule
- Onsite, full-time role
- Monday–Friday overnight operations: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
- Initial training period: up to 4 weeks on 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
Pay
- $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
- $2.00 per hour shift differential

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control procedures for flawless end products
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve potential build issues to maintain production efficiency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision
- Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials, equipment, and production components up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Willingness to work on export-controlled products for aerospace and defense customers
