Machine Operator II 2nd shift

Job Functions

• Ensure all training received in Level 1 is continued into this role and held at the highest standard.
• Ensure good run settings are logged and communicated with Single Serve/Maintenance Leadership.
• Make the highest level of adjustments without need for approval and exhibit excellent communication in why adjustments were made to Single Serve/Maintenance Leadership.
• Absorb and assist in major downtime issues and Preventative Maintenance.
• Communicate efficiency gains and losses in depth and assist in troubleshooting how to move the machinery back into a steady state.
• Show highest level of knowledge on all pieces of equipment and perform at the highest level.

Job Duties

• Run Production Based machinery to effectively hit all production/waste goals.
• Effectively communicate any issues, findings, positive and negative with Leadership in Single Serve/Maintenance Departments.
• Ensure a clean machine and clean work area for incoming shift.
• Ensure highest efficiency and top production performance out of all machinery.
• Record all production-based changes and downtimes of machinery.
• Be the "handshake" between Single Serve and Maintenance.
• Continue education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves.
• Primary Machine and Secondary machine mastery (ie. Rychiger/Schubert or Schubert/Immy).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
• Attention to Detail.
• Highest Level of Communication.
• Ability to give work instructions to surrounding teammates in any area.
• Willingness to grow knowledge in Machine Operations.
• Ability to improve performance of production equipment and obtain highest levels of efficiency and low levels of production waste.
• Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel knowledge machinery.
