Machine Operator I - ISO - CCM

About the role

Operate machinery on the third shift/night shift to perform a specific portion of the production process for Carlisle Companies Incorporated, assisting Operator II and Operator III with packing and end‑of‑line work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery of assigned department to complete assigned work order
• Receive and review work orders
• Communicate the required amount of material needed to perform tasks to other departments
• Continuously observe machine operation to ensure optimal performance of standard work within the assigned department
• Perform hazard‑based functions on machinery, including lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspection
• Stack, sort, and bundle material according to assigned department’s standard work
• Perform occasional housekeeping tasks, 5S, and SQDC involvement
