About The Role Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our Press Shop team as a Machine Operator I on 3rd shift and help shape the future of HVAC technology. You’ll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world. What You’ll Do Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipmentRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsPerform quality checks and report any issuesMaintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocolsCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsPerform preventive maintenance on machinesBe flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GEDA minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environmentComfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty settingBasic computer skills Preferred 2+ years of machine operation experienceExperience with CNC programming and operationFamiliarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin PressStrong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary with 3rd shift differentialPaid time offComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)On-the-job training and cross-training opportunitiesA collaborative, safety-first culture with a Zero Harm policyOpportunities for career growth and development
