About the role
As a key member of our Tiger Operations team, you will:
- Operate and tend machines to mold urethane material into belting products.
- Run one belting line (Tiger, Taz, Utility, or Pack).
- Monitor meters and gauges to verify specified temperatures, pressures, and cycle times.
- Use hand calipers, length gauges, and drop gauges for accurate measurements.
- Understand and operate meter mix systems.
- Read and interpret work orders and comments.
- Follow ISO work instruction standards after training and sign-off.
- Adjust equipment and processes to meet product specifications.
- Ask for help when needed to ensure successful production and minimize scrap.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the “6S” system.
- Embrace changes in the work environment to support customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to shifting work priorities as needed.
- Promote safety by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Has a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience (1–3 months preferred).

- Can read and comprehend technical documents and work orders.

- Works well in a team and communicates effectively.
- Is adaptable and open to learning new processes.
- Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
- Willing to grow and take on new responsibilities.
Qualifications
