Duties/Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently change trimmer line spools to maintain continuous production flow
- Packaged finished goods, including spools, loops, and cut line products
- Accurately label products to ensure proper identification and shipment
- Monitor production output to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
- Continuously monitor machinery for malfunctions or irregularities; promptly notify the lead when issues arise
- Assemble boxes and prepare materials for packaging
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and handle materials and spools weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to often stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
