Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished products
  • Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
  • Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is between $44,752.00 and $67,128.00 annually.
