Machine Operator (Flexo) - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery (Flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutter) for all production phases.
• Lead crew training and ensure productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
• Mount printing and cutting dies to cylinders/shafts and mix/adjust ink viscosity.
• Perform quality checks on each order and verify materials against customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately record production data into the computer system daily.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a machine operator.
• 6 months of packaging or printing experience with Flexo Folder Gluer/Rotary Die Cutter.
• Strong knowledge of machinery troubleshooting.
• Strong safety background, good attendance record, and excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to understand, execute, and provide verbal/written instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems to complete required documentation accurately.

Pay

Starting salary: $26.71 per hour.

Annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.
