Machine Operator - Flexible Resource

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Prepare, stage, and load raw materials or finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor processes and communicate any issues to the Team Leader or skilled operators.
• Maintain clear communication with previous and next shifts to support smooth operations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards.
• Assist team members in operating activities as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any non-conforming materials.
• Complete required documentation and data entry accurately during production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required).
• One (1) year of previous Manufacturing or Forklift Experience preferred.
• Safety-focused, self-starter ready to contribute.
• Must work swing shifts.

Pay

Expected compensation: $28.16/hourly base rate with the potential to earn $45.43/hourly. Pay offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
