Responsibilities
- Production, inspection, and machine operation duties
- Machinery setup and ensuring materials are readily available
- Monitoring production equipment effectively
- Assisting shop technicians and materials clerk as needed
- Performing duties as assigned by management
- Maintaining a safe and clean workspace
- Using basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Following established safety rules and regulations
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work an eight-hour shift
- Commitment to quality, safety, and communication
- Team-oriented and self-directed
