Machine Operator - Entry Level

We are seeking a dependable Entry Level Machine Operator to join our client's 1st or 3rd shift team, with training available in Nashua, NH.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Pay: $18/hr
• Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Pay: $20.70/hr

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into the deburring machine.
• Inspect parts for quality after deburring.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Steel toe shoes required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and machinery.

Work Environment

Personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes, is required.
