Machine Operator - Days

About the role

Work with mechanical parts and machines in a dusty environment. Balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, repetitive motions are all part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine that meets customer specification, quality requirements, and production standards.
• Assists in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
• Observes closely the operation of tools and machinery.
• Makes sure product quality standards are being met.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 months of related machine operating experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Pay

$18.50 - $23.11 an hour, based on experience.
