Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for efficient use while maintaining a safe environment.
• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Fine-tune all parameters of the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
• Take the line from an idle stop to full production.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operations.
