About the role
Operators will set up and compound formulations with approved raw material products in a safe and efficient manner according to specifications and procedures.
Pay
$19 an hour base rate + $1.75 shift differential + $1.50 compounder differential.
Schedule
2nd Shift, Full Time.

Responsibilities
- Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals
- Effectively manages time and meets deadlines
- Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team
- Safely operates powered industrial vehicles and moves product to appropriate areas
- Effectively operates and understands all required compounding equipment that includes blenders and scales
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Experience: 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
