About the Role
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Machine Operator – CNC Router to join our Brands department. As a leader in the power-sports industry for over 40 years, we offer the largest selection of riding gear and parts, and we are also gear testers, product developers, and manufacturers of off-road parts/components. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Multi-Cam router machine to produce parts.
- Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to uphold high-quality production standards and execute adjustments as required.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team to resolve production issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, taking safety precautions to reduce the risk of injury.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Assist in production tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with others, fostering a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CNC operation, particularly with Multi-Cam routers, is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task while managing several setups and operating multiple machines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capable of understanding and comprehending instructions, including various numbers and specifications.
- Must be able to work scheduled shift hours.
- Be a collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently.
- Possess a strong work ethic, emphasizing commitment, pride in work, quality, a desire to learn, and dependability.
Physical Requirements
- Regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by means of self-propulsion, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces.
- Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and with good behavior.
- Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Use of hands to handle tools, objects, materials, and controls.
- Frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the basics of the English language.
- May need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.

Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
Pay
$17.50 per hour, plus differential pay.
