About the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in the ATC Plant to ensure production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate various machines to produce goods according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and operation.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
