Machine Operator

Pay

$17.00 – $18.50 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus at hire-on.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM or Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night–Thursday night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM or Monday night–Thursday night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Training will be on 1st Shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard work procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee multiple machines to manufacture high-quality parts that adhere to specifications
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency
