Machine Operator

Job Description

Solventum is seeking Machine Operator candidates to join our team in Brookings, SD. Starting Pay: $24.39/hour + Shift Differentials. Shift options: 8, 10, or 12 hours per shift (depending on availability).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following all related policies.
• Operate production equipment, inspect, and pack product safely and according to standards.
• Perform tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.
• Support the team when working with other Operators and Service Groups to optimize processes, including timeliness of product flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Possess the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
• One (1) year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (depending on shift availability).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
