About the role
We are hiring a Machine Operator at our Breinigsville, PA plant. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of production lines, equipment, and quality standards
- Work on a palletizer to group and layer finished goods in preparation for storage or shipment
- Check the quality of the cans to identify defects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printers

Pay
- Starting pay is $27.38 per hour plus $1.75 shift differential
- Quarterly bonus based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics
- Up to 11 percent bonus on top of base wage
Schedule
- Overtime available after 40 hours worked in a week
