What You'll Do
- Operate automated equipment that places electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
- Run, set up, and change over surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole machines.
- Calibrate and program machine settings for different board layouts and components.
- Inspect boards at every stage to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keep machines stocked with materials and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Work with your team to troubleshoot issues and keep quality high and production moving.

Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Sharp attention to detail—our products protect people, so quality isn't optional.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read written instructions in English.
- A willingness to cross-train, adapt to changing priorities, and work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and use hand tools and small components.
- Availability to work overtime, which frequently includes Friday and occasional Saturdays.
- Experience is a plus, but not required—we hire for attitude and train for skill.
