Pay
$20.25/hr ($40.50 on Sundays)
Schedule
3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
Night shift: 7pm–7:30am

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner
- Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Lead process change-overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities
- Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin
- Operate forklift to move materials as needed
- Maintain work area to adhere to 5S standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in similar manufacturing or recycling environments
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout the shift
