Machine Operator

About the role

We build products and machinery - specifically, spring packs which are part of the transmissions in the cars and trucks you see on the road every day. But more importantly, we build people. Responsibilities

• Run machines to manufacture product to efficiency and quality standards
• Complete reporting and quality checks
• Adjust and clean equipment as necessary to assure quality product
• Work with a team that supports you

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Ability to stand throughout shift and manage multiple tasks at once, Attention to detail, Experience in manufacturing is desired, but not required. Successful Machine Operators; Interact effectively and respectfully with others, Willing to learn new things, Take responsibility for actions, including attendance, Look for opportunities to improve the work, our processes, and themselves

Pay

Guaranteed $19.49/hour plus shift premiums. You'll be able to earn more by achieving production targets. Most of our machine operators make over $20 per hour!
