Responsibilities
- Set up and operate corrugated box caser or Poly-Form/Fill Bagger and radial scale system according to manufacturer and departmental specifications.
- Perform machine changeovers per the production schedule.
- Assist shift mechanics with major repairs when needed.
- Ensure all operations align with food safety and quality standards.
- Ensure accuracy in packaging, weights, and labeling while maintaining compliance with HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and document production performance while achieving quality and efficiency targets.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain machinery using hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in physically demanding environments.
- Adaptable to working in noisy, dusty, hot, humid, or wet conditions, with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and moving mechanical parts.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and exemplary attendance.

- Second (3pm to 11pm)
- Third (11pm to 7am)
