Machine Operator

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday-Thursday

Pay rate: $17.50

Location: New Albany

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on 3rd Shift. The Operator will be responsible for running various assembly machines, conducting product inspections, and ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with provided work instructions.
• Adhere to all work instructions and safety protocols without exception.
• Inspect products and accurately record inspection data according to quality specifications.
• Perform lifting of up to 50 lbs as required.
• Complete additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.
• Promptly report any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions to supervisors or leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow stringent safety and operational guidelines.
