Machine Operator

Location: New Albany

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm)
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team for 2nd Shift. In this role, you will operate a variety of assembly machines and perform product inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to established work instructions.
• Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished products and accurately record results in accordance with quality specifications.
• Safely perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
• Promptly report any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions to supervisors or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to comply with all safety and operational procedures.
