About the role

Join our team in Chantilly, VA. We offer competitive pay rates for Day Shift ($17.00/hr) and Evening Shift ($19.50/hr) with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that manufacture credit cards and package envelopes into boxes
• Monitor and adjust machinery during production, ensuring products meet quality standards
• Load and unload work materials, routinely lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Absorb inventory and maintain an organized work area
• Work across logistics teams to keep material flow running smoothly
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and adapt to learning new machines as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with standing 12-hour shifts and routine heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a warehouse setting preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Standing throughout the 12-hour shift
• Routine reaching, bending, stretching, and manual handling of materials
• Occasional use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Climbing stairs as needed

Qualifications
