We are currently seeking a CNC Grinding Operator, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am

Pay

Competitive pay rates based on experience, plus shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma
• 1 year of manufacturing & CNC operator experience
• Programming experience with G-code a plus
• Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision
