We have an immediate opening for a 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our Kits and Joining inclusive team in Freeport, IL.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Adheres to safety regulations and actively supports workplace safety initiatives.
• Complies with all standard work procedures, control plans, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling unit assembly and sub-assembly workstations.
• Exhibits flexibility in approach and ideas, responds constructively, and supports changes in procedures, processes, technology, responsibilities, and assignments.
• Fits and assemble parts into complete assemblies, ensuring dimensions and alignment are accurately verified.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED;
• One to three months of relevant experience and/or training;
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Capability to apply logical reasoning and comprehension to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.

Essential Job Functions

• While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee frequently needs to talk or hear.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Pay & Schedule

Wage Range for this position is $20.95 - $22.50 per hour, with a 10% shift premium.
