Machine Operator

About the role

The Operator – Machine 2 position at Coca-Cola is responsible for producing quality product while running continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment efficiently and safely. Duties include preparing quality check sheets, operating and troubleshooting multiple pieces of equipment, performing product and package change overs, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and performing other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality check sheets
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment efficiently
• Perform product change over without assistance
• Perform package change over without assistance on multiple pieces of equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by position and comply with UNITED safety policies
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
• Able to maintain safety and security of Company assets
• Able to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
• Able to communicate effectively and solve problems
• Able to lift 50 pounds as needed
• Able to climb up to 12 feet ladder
