Responsibilities
- Overall line responsibility from production to packaging
- Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
- Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shift
- Follow all established quality processes and inspection methods to ensure product quality and promptly escalate any concerns
- Perform line clearance
- Complete autonomous maintenance checklists
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Build, load, and make boxes
- Load labels and guarantee the accuracy of applied labels
- Perform autonomous maintenance
- Weigh scrap and label correctly
- Wrap finished product
- Operate up to 5 production lines simultaneously
- Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold/color changes as needed
- Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible
- Maintain good housekeeping within the department

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Background in Plastics Industry preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated mechanical ability
