About the role

You will have overall line responsibility from production to packaging, ensuring goods are produced and packaged in the correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications. You will record production data, problems encountered during shifts, and ensure product quality. Additional duties include color change performance, autonomous maintenance, line cleaning, and assisting with mold changes. You will work collaboratively to maintain efficiency and good housekeeping within the department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
• Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shift
• Ensure product meets all quality specifications
• Perform color change procedures and autonomous maintenance activities
• Conduct line cleaning and line clearance
• Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold changes
• Foster teamwork to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain good housekeeping within the department

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical Background in Plastics Industry preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated mechanical ability
