Machine Operator
About the role
The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the proprietary ion-exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates. The position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
- Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
- Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
- Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of whey protein production processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.

Pay
Starting wage of DOE. Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00/$1.50.
Schedule
Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays.
