Machine Operator Assistant

The Machine Operator Assistant will safely perform a variety of tasks, including stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, completing material set-ups, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a desire to learn manufacturing processes, operate complex machinery, and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing equipment and follow detailed instructions.
- Use hand tools and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Read a tape measure and perform basic math and computer tasks.
- Physically perform tasks involving lifting or pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, navigating stairs, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for the full shift.
- Receive raw materials, assist team members with cleaning, machine setup, and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
