Machine Operator (All Shifts)

About the role

KDC is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at kdc/one in Groveport, Ohio. This role offers hands-on experience in a supportive manufacturing environment, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers and labelers to maintain smooth production
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
• Clean and rinse production equipment
• Enter product information into SAP and complete documentation
• Maintain product quality and adhere to batch codes and labeling standards
• Support line leadership and participate in preventative tasks
• Train on additional tasks and support team members

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about equipment operation
• Manufacturing or production experience (not required)
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and GMPs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer system proficiency (SAP or HMI experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Standing for extended periods and working safely around machinery
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer system proficiency (SAP or HMI experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Standing for extended periods and working safely around machinery
