The facility employs just under 400 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus. ISO certified, our associates engage in BPS, CIP and 5S . Responsibilities

• Operating Carbide Cells
• Loading and unloading the machine
• Ensuring the correct order is being fulfilled
• Making machine parameter adjustments
• Identifying and assessing problems with the machine
• Maintaining quality standards of the product
• Frequent mobility throughout different sections of the machine
• Understanding mechanics and machine components
• General computer knowledge and ability to learn new software programs
• Maintaining a positive work environment, a clean and orderly area, and following appropriate safety procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours
• Proper hand dexterity
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to read and prepare orders
• High understanding of machines and components
• Computer and software navigation ability
• Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment
• Able to read product prints and check product to match
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices such as Dial Indicators and Calipers
• Ability to safely use hand tools correctly
• Accredited HS Diploma or GED
