Machine Operator 3rd shift EMV

About the role

Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 3rd shift Machine Operator III working Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am. Bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment. You’ll have the opportunity to master a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process. A $400 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
• Apply understanding of quality processes and procedures
• Use various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to verify material conformance to specifications
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Adhere to MasterCard and Visa association security standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to operate machinery
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Flexibility with regard to schedule—overtime may be required as needed
• Exposure to shop noise
• Requires working on hard floor—regularly standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
• Normal color perception
• Safety-conscious

Skills

• CNC experience is a plus

Pay

Pay ranges from $20.00–$23.09/hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target based on the role, level, and location. This position offers annual bonus eligibility.
