Responsibilities

• Set up rails and print sections.
• Inspect and maintain equipment health.
• Accurate setup of Flexo operations and inspection of dies pre- and post-run.
• Perform quality checks to ensure perfect boxes, minimizing defects.
• Maximize equipment efficiency and cross-train to enhance operational flexibility.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving and proactive maintenance.
• Maintain detailed reports for production, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• Precision and initiative in setup and operations.
• Willingness to train and mentor team members.
• Proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
