About the role

Resource MFG has immediate openings for experienced Machine Operators in Homer, MI. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufactures brakes for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production and troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products.
• Conduct quality checks on products and report any defects.
• Keep accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous machine operation experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Afternoon Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm; Night Shift 11:00pm-7:20am.
